In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase from Surfer Girl you may return it up to 14 days from the date of delivery.
All items must be returned with a returns authorisation number, which must be clearly displayed on the outside of the package and sent back to us at the returns address.
To obtain your returns number please contact Surfer Girl by email surfergirl@surfergirl.uk.com stating clearly your:
- Full Name
- Order Number
- Reason for Return
- Refund or Exchange
If you do not have these details available then pass on as much information as possible and we will endeavour to allocate a returns number to you within 48 hours. Please do not post any items to Surfer Girl before obtaining a returns number.
Conditions of Return:
Returned items must be in original packaging, unused and unworn with all price tags attached.
Cash Refund: We will refund the cost of the items only. You will be responsible for the cost of returning items to us (we recommend using recorded delivery service which requires a proof of delivery)**.
Exchange: You will be responsible for the cost of returning items to us (we recommend using recorded delivery service which requires a proof of delivery)**. Should the cost of exchanged good be lower we will refund the difference, and new items will be sent with in 2- 3 working days of return. If the cost of exchanged goods should be greater we would need authorisation to take payment from your card or alternative payment.
Faulty: Items returned to us either faulty or wrongly delivered, we would refund the cost of postage to return those items to us.

Christmas Returns Policy: Any item purchased throughout December for Christmas gifts may be exchanged for another item or gift vouchers up until 15th January 2009. Refund policy will extend from to be returned within 2 weeks to 3 weeks.
