When you shop online with Surfer Girl delivery is completely FREE* anywhere in the UK. We aim to dispatch your purchase (if made by card online) within 48 hours of receiving the order. Order purchases by cheque are dispatch once the payment has cleared (generally 7-10 days). Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery. A signature will be required upon delivery of the goods.
If you need your purchases that bit quicker, 48 hour delivery charges are as follows: £5.00 (Order must be placed by 12pm).

We are able to take International Orders. To place your order please email us (info@surfergirl.uk.com) the details of what you would like to order. We get back to you with all the required details and courier costs. Missing Delivery
In the unlikely event that you delivery should go missing, we require the customer to notify us with in 14 days of the items being dispatch (and receiving the dispatched email). Should we not receive notification within 14 days of a missing delivery, we cannot guarantee to deal with any claim. Please note all missing deliveries must initially be followed up with the courier company and this may take upto 1 week. |
